What it means to be a B Corp

B Corp certification is awarded to companies that balance profit with purpose, meeting strict criteria across five key areas: governance, workers, customers, community, and the environment. As a B Corp, we are committed to continuous improvement, regularly reassessing and refining our impact to ensure we meet and exceed these high standards.

Sustainable design and materials

We believe in a "less but better" philosophy — creating timeless, durable travel pieces that are made to last. By focusing on longevity and quality, we help reduce waste and promote more mindful consumption.

We use high-quality, cruelty-free vegan materials in place of animal-derived alternatives.
Our packaging is designed to be recyclable, reusable, or both to minimize environmental impact. We employ a nesting system for shipping, reducing packaging waste and lowering emissions.

Reforestation and environmental commitment

As part of our commitment to environmental responsibility, we have partnered with Veritree to support global reforestation efforts. We are currently helping restore the Old Bonjoge Forest near Kisumu City, Kenya, with a goal of planting nearly 1.3 million trees. This initiative contributes to carbon sequestration, biodiversity restoration, and local community support.

Ethical manufacturing and accountability

Our dedication to sustainability extends beyond materials—it’s about the people behind our products. As a B Corp, we only partner with manufacturers that align with our values of fair wages, ethical labor practices, and safe working conditions.

Our SA8000 Certification ensures that our factories adhere to internationally recognized labor standards. We maintain strict oversight of our supply chain, as outlined in our Modern Slavery Statement.
