1. Agreement

Please read these official rules (the “Official Rules”) carefully. They contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you if you enter the Monos Mercedes-Benz G320 Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) sponsored by Monos Travel USA Operations Ltd. (the “Sponsor”).

By participating in the Giveaway, you signify your agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and RAVEN5 Ltd. (the “Administrator”). If you do not agree to the Official Rules, you may not enter the Giveaway.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 7, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on November 26, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Giveaway.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States of America (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Rhode Island), the District of Columbia (“DC”) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their state, province or territory of residence at the time of entry (“participant,” “entrant” or “you”).

Employees, officers, directors, agents, or representatives of the Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parent companies and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of prizes, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment, and execution of this Giveaway (collectively, the “Giveaway Parties”), and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter.

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, territorial, municipal and local laws and regulations. If it is found that a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these rules has submitted an entry, that entry may be deemed ineligible. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility requirements. Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, visit ca.monos.com/giveaway (the “Giveaway Website”) during the Giveaway Period and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form to earn one (1) entry (a “Registration Entry”). As part of the entry process, entrants will be invited to opt in to receive promotional emails from Sponsor. Providing consent is optional, will not affect chances of winning, and may be withdrawn at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any promotional email. Limit of one (1) Registration Entry per person.

Multiple Registration Entries by the same individual will be disqualified. The use of multiple email addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods to attempt to obtain entries in excess of the entry limit is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules, in its sole discretion. Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address provided at the time of registration. The “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the email address by the applicable internet service provider, online access provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses.

By entering the Giveaway, you signify your agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (available at https://ca.monos.com/pages/privacy-policy). Giveaway Parties are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, inaccurate, invalid, unintelligible, garbled, delayed or misdirected entries, all of which will be void. Entries which are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent are null and void.

Bonus Entry Methods:

After successfully submitting a Registration Entry, entrants will have the opportunity to earn additional entries into the grand prize drawing (each, a “Bonus Entry”) by completing any of the actions listed on the Giveaway Website.

Where applicable, actions must be initiated by following the designated links or instructions provided on the Giveaway Website so that the actions can be tracked and verified. Any action that requires use of a designated link but is completed independently, such as by visiting a social media platform directly, will not result in Bonus Entries and will be void. Bonus Entry methods include:

1. SMS Sign-Up: Sign up to receive SMS marketing communications from Sponsor to earn three (3) Bonus Entries. Limit one (1) time.
2. Shop Online: Earn two (2) Bonus Entries for every $1.00 (USD/CAD) spent on qualifying online purchases from Sponsor during the Giveaway Period. No limit.
3. Shop In-Store: Earn three (3) Bonus Entries for every $1.00 (USD/CAD) spent on qualifying in-store purchases from Sponsor during the Giveaway Period. No limit.
4. Purchase from the Limited Edition Aluminum Rodeo Check Collection: Earn six (6) Bonus Entries for every $1.00 (USD/CAD) spent on qualifying purchases of items from Sponsor’s Limited Edition Aluminum Rodeo Check Collection during the Giveaway Period, whether purchased online or in-store. The Bonus Entries awarded under this method replace, and are not awarded in addition to, the Bonus Entries otherwise available under the Shop Online or Shop In-Store methods. No limit.
5. Refer a Friend: Using the referral mechanism provided on the Giveaway Website, entrants may refer friends to enter the Giveaway. The referring entrant will earn one hundred (100) Bonus Entries when their first eligible referral successfully completes a Registration Entry, two hundred fifty (250) Bonus Entries when their second eligible referral successfully completes a Registration Entry, and five hundred (500) Bonus Entries for each third and subsequent eligible referral who successfully completes a Registration Entry. Each referred friend must be a unique individual and eligible to enter the Giveaway. Self-referrals, duplicate referrals and referrals generated through fraudulent or automated means are void. To qualify, referred friends must submit a Registration Entry from a unique IP address. No limit.
6. Follow on TikTok: Follow Sponsor’s official TikTok account (https://www.tiktok.com/@monostravel) to earn twenty (20) Bonus Entries. Limit one (1) time.
7. Tag a Friend on TikTok: Locate the designated Giveaway post on Sponsor’s TikTok account and post a comment tagging a friend to earn ten (10) Bonus Entries per eligible comment. Each comment will earn ten (10) Bonus Entries, regardless of the number of friends tagged in that comment. No limit.
8. Repost on TikTok: Repost the designated TikTok Giveaway post on TikTok to earn ten (10) Bonus Entries. Limit one (1) time.
9. Follow Sponsor on Instagram: Follow Sponsor’s official Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/monostravel) to earn twenty (20) Bonus Entries. Limit one (1) time.
10. Tag a Friend on Instagram: Locate the designated Giveaway post on Sponsor’s Instagram account and post a comment tagging a friend to earn ten (10) Bonus Entries per eligible comment. Each comment will earn ten (10) Bonus Entries, regardless of the number of friends tagged in that comment. No limit.
11. Share on Instagram Story: Share the designated Giveaway post to your Instagram Story from a public-facing account and tag @MonosTravel to earn ten (10) Bonus Entries. Limit one (1) time.

For purposes of Methods II, III and IV, Bonus Entries will be calculated based on the purchase subtotal after discounts and before taxes, shipping and other fees. Purchases of gift cards do not qualify. Bonus Entries associated with returned, refunded or cancelled purchases may be voided. Partial dollars will be rounded down to the nearest whole dollar.

Alternate Method of Entry (Mail-in Entry):

Entrants may earn Bonus Entries corresponding to the purchase-based methods described in Sections II, III and IV above without making a purchase. Each valid mail-in request will be treated as the equivalent of $1.00 in qualifying spending under one (1) of the following methods:

• “Shop Online” will receive two (2) Bonus Entries;
• “Shop In-Store” will receive three (3) Bonus Entries; or
• “Limited Edition Aluminum Rodeo Check Collection” will receive six (6) Bonus Entries.

To submit a mail-in entry request, hand-print your first and last name, email address, phone number, full residential mailing address (street, city, state/province, postal code, and country), and date of birth, and the specific entry type you are requesting (for example: “Shop Online Entry”; “Shop In-Store Entry” or “Limited Edition Aluminum Rodeo Check Collection Entry”)
on a 3” x 5” card. Each request must be mailed in a separate #10 envelope, with sufficient postage to:

Only one (1) purchase-based method may be identified on each card. To obtain Bonus Entries corresponding to more than one method, the entrant must submit a separate request for each applicable method. There is no limit on the number of valid mail-in requests an eligible entrant may submit.

The information provided on each mail-in request, including the entrant’s email address, must match the information provided on the entrant’s Registration Entry. Any request that cannot be matched to a valid Registration Entry will be void.

Each mail-in request must be postmarked during the Giveaway Period and received by December 1, 2026. The number of Bonus Entries awarded for each valid request will correspond to the purchase-based method identified on the request, as described above.

The 3” × 5” card and outer mailing envelope must be handwritten, and the card must include all required information. Photocopied, mechanically reproduced, facsimile, mass-produced or bulk-submitted requests will not be accepted. Mail-in requests become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Requests for confirmation of receipt will not be acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, stolen, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, postage-due or misdirected requests. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.

Bonus Entry Multipliers: During the Giveaway Period, Sponsor may offer limited-time bonus entry multipliers for select entry methods. When a multiplier is active, eligible actions will earn Bonus Entries at the multiplied rate. For example, a 2× multiplier would double the Bonus Entries awarded for an eligible action. Sponsor will identify the eligible actions and promotional periods on the Giveaway Website. For any purchase-based method included in a multiplier promotion, entrants may earn the same number of entries without making a purchase through the corresponding mail-in method. Mail-in requests must be postmarked during the applicable promotional period to qualify for the multiplier.

All entries and Bonus Entries are subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any entrant or entry that it deems to be tampered with, altered, incomplete, fraudulent, generated by automated means or scripts, or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules. No entries or bonus entries in excess of the stated limits will be accepted, and any attempted entries above such limits will be void.

5. Prize/Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)/Odds

Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) is available to be won, consisting of:

1. one (1) 1-of-1 restored 1998 Mercedes-Benz G320 Milspec Heritage G-Class (the “G320”);
2. a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Vancouver, British Columbia, including round-trip coach-class airfare for two (2) people and two (2) nights of hotel accommodations in one (1) standard room, based on double occupancy (the “Vancouver Trip”); and
3. one (1) limited-edition Aluminum Rodeo Check Monos luggage set.

The ARV of the Grand Prize is $97,500.00 USD.

Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize Conditions:

In accepting a prize, the winner is responsible for all federal, state, county, provincial, local and all other taxes (including income and withholding) on the prize and costs and expenses not specifically listed above as part of a prize, including, without limitation, surcharges, service charges, meals, food, beverages, insurance, valid travel documentation, passports, medical/health expenses, gratuities, excess baggage fees, communication charges, other personal expenses or incidentals, as well as any and all costs associated with the G320, including, without limitation, applicable sales tax, delivery charges, registration, title, license, insurance, and maintenance.

Sponsor will coordinate an opportunity for the winner to view the G320 during the Vancouver Trip. The winner may take possession of the G320 at that time only if all requirements for doing so have been satisfied, including providing proof of a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance in accordance with applicable law. If the winner does not take possession during the Vancouver Trip, Sponsor will introduce the winner to the owner of Pre-Merger, the vehicle’s restoration garage, to discuss a later pickup or delivery. After that introduction, the winner is solely responsible for arranging and paying for pickup or delivery of the G320. Sponsor will not arrange or pay for its transportation. The winner must provide proof of a valid driver’s license and applicable automobile insurance before taking possession of the G320. Failure to provide the required documentation when taking possession will result in forfeiture of the G320 portion of the prize, with no substitute prize awarded.

Winner is solely responsible for confirming, prior to accepting delivery, that they are legally permitted to accept ownership of, import, title, register, license, insure and operate the G320 in their state, province, territory, county, municipality or other jurisdiction of residence. Any costs associated with taking ownership or possession of the vehicle, including, without limitation, transportation, export or import requirements, customs clearance, brokerage fees, inspections, modifications, taxes, duties, tariffs, insurance, title, registration and licensing fees, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty that the vehicle satisfies the requirements for importation, ownership, registration or operation in the winner’s jurisdiction and will not be responsible if the vehicle cannot be imported, titled, registered, licensed or legally operated by the winner.

Winner is responsible for reviewing and complying with all applicable laws and requirements. If the winner is unable or unwilling to accept ownership or possession of the G320, or cannot legally import, title, register, license or insure, or operate the G320 in their jurisdiction, the G320 portion of the Grand Prize will be forfeited, and no cash equivalent, alternative or substitute prize will be awarded in its place.

The G320 portion of the prize may be displayed at promotional events and/or otherwise used for marketing purposes prior to being awarded; as such, the G320 portion of the prize may be subject to reasonable wear, mileage, and weathering. The G320 portion of the prize is awarded ‘as is’ and ‘with all faults,’ and Sponsor makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, with respect to its condition, except as may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, if any.

Travel, along with hotel accommodations for winner and their guest shall be booked by Sponsor following verification of winner. Round-trip airfare will be provided from a major commercial airport near the Winner’s residence, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Winner and Guest must travel together on the same itinerary. If the winner’s residence is in close enough proximity to the destination city, as the Sponsor determines in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may provide ground travel in lieu of air travel. Travel arrangements are subject to availability, blackout dates and other restrictions, and are subject to change at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure airport and Vancouver destination.

Following verification of the winner, Sponsor will arrange the Vancouver Trip, including an opportunity to view the G320. The trip must be completed by May 31, 2027, subject to the winner’s timely cooperation in making travel arrangements. If the winner does not take possession of the G320 during the trip, Sponsor will introduce the winner to the owner of Pre-Merger, the garage that restored the vehicle, by May 31, 2027. Any subsequent pickup or delivery is the Winner’s responsibility as described above.

Winner may select one (1) guest who has reached the age of majority in their state, province or territory of residence (the “Guest”) to accompany the winner on the Vancouver Trip. Winner and Guest are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all government-issued identification, passports, visas and other travel documents required for travel to, entry into and return from Canada, as applicable. All required documents must remain valid through the date of return.

If the winner does not possess the required travel documents at the time of departure, the winner and Guest will not be permitted to travel, the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety, and no cash equivalent, alternative or substitute prize will be awarded. If the winner possesses the required travel documents but the Guest does not, the winner may travel without the Guest but may not select a replacement Guest.

The winner must be able to accept the Grand Prize as awarded. Sponsor’s decisions regarding the awarding and administration of the Grand Prize are final. Any prize details or restrictions not expressly specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The actual value of the Grand Prize may be higher or lower than the stated ARV at the time of fulfillment. If the actual value is lower than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. The stated ARV represents Sponsor’s good-faith determination of the value of the Grand Prize and is final and binding.

Sponsor is not responsible if any element of the Grand Prize is delayed, altered, postponed or cancelled for reasons beyond its control. The Grand Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable, and no substitution or cash redemption will be permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize or any component thereof with a prize or component of equal or greater value. This substitution right does not obligate Sponsor to provide a replacement where the Grand Prize or any component is forfeited by the winner under these Official Rules.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

On or about December 9, 2026, Administrator will conduct a random drawing to select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible entries received in accordance with these Official Rules. Administrator’s decisions regarding the drawing are final and binding.

Administrator will notify the potential winner on or about December 10, 2026, at the email address provided at the time of entry. If no response is received, Administrator will make at least two (2) follow-up attempts within forty-eight (48) hours after the initial notification.

If the potential winner fails to respond within three (3) business days after the initial notification despite the follow-up attempts described above, if any notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential winner declines or is unable to accept the Grand Prize, the potential winner may be disqualified and forfeit all rights to the Grand Prize. Sponsor may then, in its sole discretion, direct Administrator to conduct a separate random drawing to select an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries. This process may be repeated until a Grand Prize winner has been verified.

The potential winner will become a confirmed winner (the “Winner”) after meeting the requirements that follow. Failure to comply will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected by the means set forth above.

• The potential winner will be required to sign and return, within three (3) business days of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release (where allowable) (collectively, the “Releases”) as a condition of acceptance of a prize.
• If the potential winner is a resident of the United States, they will be required to sign and return, within three (3) business days of notification, an IRS Form W-9 which will require disclosure of additional personal information, including a taxpayer identification number. Information from the IRS Form W-9 will only be used to fulfill Sponsor’s tax obligations in connection with this Giveaway and for no other purpose. In such case, the Winner will be issued an IRS 1099-MISC tax form for the calendar year in which the prize is awarded, reflecting the fair market value of the prize awarded.
• If the potential winner is a resident of Canada, they will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.

Failure to return the required documentation within the specified timeframe, failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question (if applicable), failure to comply with these Official Rules, or failure to meet all eligibility requirements will result in disqualification, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Winner’s Guest must have reached the age of majority in their state, province or territory of residence and must sign and return a Liability/Publicity Release and any other documentation requested by Sponsor before participating in the Vancouver Trip. If the Guest fails to comply with these requirements, the Guest’s portion of the Grand Prize will be forfeited, the Winner may participate in the Vancouver Trip alone, and no replacement Guest, substitute prize or compensation will be provided.

7. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the Winner’s name, city, state, province or territory of residence, prize won, image, likeness, voice and statements for advertising, promotional, publicity and public-relations purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification or permission.

By accepting the Grand Prize, Winner (and Guest, if applicable) expressly consents to being filmed, photographed, and/or otherwise recorded during the Vancouver Trip, including at the time of viewing the G320. Such recordings may be used by Sponsor in connection with advertising, promotion, and publicity for this Giveaway and for Sponsor’s products and services generally, including but not limited to posting on Sponsor’s social media accounts (e.g., @monostravel on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms now known or hereafter developed), without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law.

Winner and Guest may be required to sign additional documentation confirming these permissions before or during fulfillment of the Grand Prize, as reasonably requested by Sponsor.

Sponsor may also use non-personal, aggregated or anonymized information relating to the Giveaway for promotional, marketing, analytical and other lawful business purposes. Any use of personal information will be made in accordance with these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Giveaway and as a condition of acceptance of the Grand Prize, each entrant, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives and assigns, releases, waives, discharges and holds harmless Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, actions, causes of action, liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising directly or indirectly from or in connection with: (i) participation in the Giveaway; (ii) the awarding, acceptance, possession, use, misuse or redemption of the Grand Prize or any component thereof; or (iii) participation in any prize-related travel or activity. This release includes, to the fullest extent permitted by law, claims involving personal injury, death or property damage and claims arising from the negligence of any Released Party.

Winner assumes all risks and liability associated with accepting, possessing, using, misusing or redeeming the Grand Prize and participating in any related travel or activity, including any injury, death, loss or property damage caused or claimed to be caused thereby.

FOR RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA: You acknowledge and agree that your release and waiver extends to the following, the protections of which you explicitly waive:

California Civil Code Section 1542: A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor.

9. General

By participating in the Giveaway, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

All amounts listed in this Giveaway are in United States Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Giveaway or in the announcement of the prize. In the event of a discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms of these Official Rules and any Giveaway-related advertising, promotional materials or communications, these Official Rules shall govern with respect to the Giveaway. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected or damaged entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to participants’ or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Giveaway.

Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from any Giveaway it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules. If for any reason this Giveaway is not capable of running as planned due to any causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway, at which time, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received at the time of the Giveaway termination.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or TikTok. By participating, each entrant releases Instagram and TikTok from any and all liability arising from or related to the Giveaway. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to Sponsor or Administrator and not to Instagram or TikTok.

10. Disputes

Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Delaware, U.S.A., and all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Delaware or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Delaware. The remedy for any claim shall be limited to actual damages, and in no event shall any party be entitled to recover punitive, exemplary, consequential, or incidental damages, including attorney’s fees or other such related costs of bringing a claim, or to rescind this agreement or seek injunctive or any other equitable relief.

THE PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL WITH RESPECT TO ALL CLAIMS AND ISSUES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT OR TORT AND INCLUDING ANY CLAIM FOR FRAUDULENT INDUCEMENT THEREOF.

11. Privacy

Any personal information that you provide to Sponsor may be used in connection with the Giveaway as necessary, to administer, manage and operate the Giveaway (including, but not limited to, contacting and verifying winners, publicly announcing a list of winners, and contacting entrants with a survey about their experience) and otherwise as permitted in our privacy policy referred to above.

12. Winner Confirmation Request

To request a written confirmation of the Winner, send an email to help@raven5.com with subject line: Monos Mercedes-Benz G320 Giveaway Winner Confirmation Request no later than ninety (90) days following the close of the Giveaway. Requests received after this time will not be fulfilled.
